Using the “share” and “subscribe” features on a report can ensure that your data gets seen.

You can share a cost or usage report using the "Share" button located to the upper right of the report:
From this panel, you can choose to share the report with your entire organization, or with an individual. If you'd like to share with an individual, you can either share the report via URL or select a user on your account from a dropdown. You can select whether their access should have view-only or editing capabilities, and click "add" for the report to automatically be added to their Report list.
This panel also displays who this report is currently shared with.
You can use the "Subscribe" button located next to the "Share" button to schedule an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly delivery of key reports on your team's spending or usage straight to your inbox.
On this pane, you can select how frequently you want to receive the report (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly) and, if appropriate to your selection, which day of the week/month and at what hour.
You can also select whether you want to send the report even if there is no content. If you choose to uncheck this box, the report can serve as an alert for going over budget. To learn more about that, check out our Subscription-based alerts documentation.
